Shipping
Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after receiving your payment. Your items are shipped via the carrier you choose during check out. Packages can also be sign-on-receipt delivery.
Whichever delivery method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your parcel.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the parcel.
We recommend that you group all your items into one order. We cannot group two separate orders and shipping fees apply to each. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile objects.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are safely packed and protected.
Returns
You have the option to return your items within 20 days after purchase. To do so, you have to by making a specific request via the contact form. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Products will need to be properly protected. Damaged products won't be refunded.
